Znojemský ombudsman bude pomáhat občanům při jednání s úřady

Nezávislá občanská iniciativa Znojemský ombudsman zahajuje svou činnost. Cílem je podpořit občany Znojma v jednání s místními úřady. Projekt reaguje na časté stížnosti obyvatel na nepřístupnost a neprůhlednost při jednání s městem a dalšími úřady.

Zakladatelkou iniciativy je Růžena Šalomonová (SPD), zkušená politička a dlouholetá zastupitelka města. »Znojemský ombudsman je zde pro občany, kteří se cítí přehlíženi nebo ignorováni úřady. Naším cílem je zajistit, aby každý podnět měl šanci být spravedlivě posouzen a náležitě vypořádán,« vysvětlila hlavní poslání iniciativy její zakladatelka.

Hlavní činnost spočívá v podpoře občanů, kontrole postupu úřadů a zveřejňování informací. »Pomáháme občanům orientovat se v komunikaci s úřady a hledat cestu k co nejlepšímu vyřešení jejich problémů. Prověřujeme, zda úřady jednají v souladu se zákonem, a hledáme řešení tam, kde dochází k nesrovnalostem. Podáváme dotazy podle zákona o svobodném přístupu k informacím a odpovědi zveřejňujeme pro zvýšení transparentnosti,« stojí v tiskové zprávě, zaslané redakci iportaL24.cz.

Zakladatelka projektu Růžena Šalomonová vysvětluje, co ji vedlo k založení této iniciativy: »Občané často narážejí na bariéry a pocit bezmoci při jednání s úřady. Naším cílem je tyto překážky odstranit a zajistit spravedlivý přístup pro všechny.«
